[It's chilly here, wherever here is. It seems to be some kind of Angel village from the looks of it. Probably another hotel room. It's a relief to wade through the throng of winged people find a familiar face. He plucks a feather out of Tsuzuki's wings to get his attention.]

[He doesn't bother removing his pants yet, instead curling up against Tsuzuki's back and reaching around to rub his palms along his partner's inner thighs.]

I have to be with my Tsuzuki. If I'm not with him, then he's alone out there. It's not the kind of place where anyone should have to be alone.

[He breathes in sharply as he straightens up in alarm, unaccustomed to Hisoka being quite so physical. Even if he doesn't want to, his body responds favorably to the proximity.]

[He doesn't have the heart to attempt to push Hisoka away. Not even though he realizes he should. Tsuzuki lifts one of his hands away from his thigh, clutching it comfortingly.]

[He's not stopping him from undoing his tie, because even if he has reservations he still adores Hisoka. Tsuzuki would let him do anything if it kept him happy. His hands encircle his smaller shoulders. Tsuzuki feels daring for even trying this much.]

Not that easy. [He slides Tsuzuki's tie off, giving him a meaningful stare as his small hands work their way down Tsuzuki's front, undoing buttons as he goes.] The Hotel punishes the ones who don't feed it. Sometimes a person can fall asleep one place and wake up as someone else. If you don't give it sex, then it'll place you where someone takes sex from you.

I was with Sargatanas when my Tsuzuki rescued me. We've looked out for each other ever since.

[Tsuzuki flinches, his wings stretching out behind him. He hasn't heard that name in a long while.]

[He looks down at Hisoka, and feels suddenly very aware that he's being undressed by a half-naked partner. Oh god. He sucks in a breath as the cold air touches his skin. This is not the kind of situation he ought to enjoy, and he's aware of that. Still, he can't help but wanting more.]

I told you. People come from all different realities. He came from one where we didn't win.

[With the buttons done, Hisoka takes a moment to let his palms roam over Tsuzuki's bare skin, warming the poor sensitive nipples with his own body heat.]

[It's finally too much to ignore. He looks down, a shudder running through him. It feels good to finally be touched, and he can't bring himself to resist it, even if it goes a bit fast. His heart hammers wildly beneath Hisoka's hand as Tsuzuki tries to remember what they were talking about.]

Your heart's pounding. You should sit down. [He tries to steer Tsuzuki toward the closest chair.]

In his universe, we did. [And in Hisoka's own experience, he lost in a different way. But that leads down an unsavory trail of thought. He clears his throat.] I don't want to talk about him.

[He follows trustingly, holding onto Hisoka's hand even as he walks towards the couch. The looming through of Sargatanas and what he must have done is making him feel deeply uneasy, though. For all he knows, Hisoka could be possessed and fighting him this very moment.]

Hisoka, I need to ask something of you. It's really important.

[expiration]

Of course. Anything you want. [He offers a small smile, perhaps uncharacteristically eager to please.]

[idealism]

[He attempts to check his pockets, except he realizes he's not wearing his coat. Growing flustered, he goes to fetch it so he can find one of the fuda spells he had hidden away. Smiling apologetically, he offers Hisoka one to see if he'll take it. Maybe it will provoke the demon to attack, if he is possessed.]

[He accepts it with a curious tilt to his head.]

I thought you said it was a safe space here.

[idealism]

It is... usually.

[A flash of guilt clouds his emotions. Tsuzuki sits down on the cough, looking away.]

I was possessed, for a while. You - a different you, I mean, kept me from hurting people.

[expiration]

That's what I'm here to do. [He slides closer on the couch, slipping behind Tsuzuki and giving his wing a tender stroke.] No matter which me it is.

The Hotel gave Sargatanas an unfair advantage. I couldn't defend myself properly. It's over now. And it looks like it's over now for you too.

[idealism]

You're good at it, too. I'm glad we have each other's backs, 'soka.

[His attention doesn't stray from Hisoka's hands, as if he's still not sure whether he's dangerous or no. All he knows is that the partner he knew wouldn't be so casual about it. Still, his wing moves against Hisoka's hand, as if he can't deny himself contact.]

Yes. It's a long time ago. How did you get away?

[expiration]

[It encourages him to become more detailed, grooming away the suffering and bent feathers and clearing the molting bits that the resident Hisoka never really wants to touch.]

My Tsuzuki found me in a public shower. He saved me. I'd still be wearing that collar if it wasn't for him.

[idealism]

[Tsuzuki moans. It even feels better than eating cake when he's hungry. The wing tremble beneath the ministration, before it stretches out, giving Hisoka more room to work on the vulnerable spots that were prone to aching. It's making his head a little fuzzy.]

There were... public showers?

[expiration]

There's everything there. I had to use the public showers because it was the most humiliating.

[He leans in to nuzzle the wings then, before settling back to continue grooming them, rubbing through the achey bits with the aid of a little empathic cheating.]

[He stops, his attention fully on what Hisoka's doing. It's difficult enough to pay attention without Hisoka cheating like that.]

[He clears his throat, lifting his hands in surrender. It hurts to admit, but it's necessary.]

[He blinks at Tsuzuki curiously, his palms still in the wing-groping position.]
